Ester Tammo has extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) roles, currently serving as a MEL officer at CARE since February 2022, and previously held positions as a MEL assistant and MEL field supporter. Prior to this, Ester worked as a livelihood assistant at AVAZ association from April 2021 to September 2021. Ester holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Harran University, earned between September 2016 and October 2020.
