Heather Danton

Heather Danton is currently the Director of Nutrition at CARE, where they provide strategic and technical leadership on global nutrition initiatives. Previously, they served as Vice President at South Eastern Economic Development Corp. and held several key roles, including Senior Director of Food Security and Livelihoods at Save the Children and Project Director for USAID Advancing Nutrition. Heather has extensive experience in program design and implementation, focusing on integrating nutrition with economic and agricultural development. They hold a Master’s degree in Agriculture from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Stanford University.
