Iffat Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and learning within the non-profit sector, particularly at CARE. Currently serving as a Knowledge & Learning Advisor since September 2021, Iffat facilitates the development of educational products and supports field offices in enhancing access to quality education for marginalized children. Previous roles include Senior Team Leader for Knowledge Management, Research & Learning at CARE Bangladesh, where I managed knowledge-sharing initiatives for a USAID-funded project, and various positions focused on knowledge management at organizations such as Save the Children and Practical Action. Iffat holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from East West University.
