Léo HANCEL

Léo Hancel is the Head of Program Quality and Resource Mobilization at CARE Madagascar, a position held since 2022. Previously, Léo served as the Head of Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning at CARE and worked as a Research and Learning Expert at WaterAid in 2022. Léo's earlier experience includes roles at GFA Consulting Group GmbH as a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert and at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Léo holds two Master's degrees from Université Paris Sud in Research in Food Security and Development, as well as in Project Management for Development.
