Lucy S.

Lucy S. has extensive experience in safeguarding, human resources, and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Safeguarding and PSHEA at CARE since January 2018, Lucy S. has held multiple key roles including Head of Safeguarding and PSHEA and advisory consultant focused on protection from sexual exploitation and abuse as well as child protection. Prior to her current role, Lucy S. was the Head of People at The Scout Association, responsible for HR and culture change initiatives, and previously served as HR Director at CARE International UK, managing all aspects of human resource management. Lucy S. began a career in HR with positions at various organizations, including Commission for Health Improvement and The Law Society, and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from the University of West London.
