Mitchell Boutin

Mitchell Boutin currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Humanitarian & Multilateral at CARE since September 2018, overseeing the development of funding strategies, managing a team of Business Development Managers, and coordinating closely with various teams to secure proposals for U.S. government-funded humanitarian projects. With a strong background in business development and strategic growth, Mitchell has successfully managed complex proposals, including a significant $50 million multi-sectoral food security proposal at Catholic Relief Services, and has built partnerships with major donors such as USAID and the World Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in International Development and a Master’s in Cultural Studies in Education from Ohio University, along with a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Boston University.
