Monte Allen is a seasoned professional in development, having served as the Senior Director of Development at CARE USA since 2002. Prior to this role, Monte held the position of Director of Development at World Education from 1999 to 2002 and was the Director of Development for the Massachusetts Chapter of The Nature Conservancy from 1992 to 1998. Earlier in their career, Monte worked as the Director of Membership at WGBH from 1987 to 1992. Monte is currently pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy at Lawrence University.
