Osman Özay

Osman Özay is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Finance Officer at CARE since January 2024, Osman previously held a similar position at Concern Worldwide from August 2017 to January 2024, where responsibilities included assisting in the development of financial systems and supporting budget development for potential partners.
