Patrick Ngenga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Business Services Director at CARE, Patrick provides strategic leadership in finance, risk, and business services across East and Central Africa. Previously, as Interim Director of Corporate Services & Government Relations at Plan International, Patrick was instrumental in enhancing business service operations in Kenya and was part of the delegation that negotiated a Headquarters Agreement with the Government of Kenya. With a strong background in operations, including roles as Director of Operations and Interim Country Director at Plan International, as well as experience as a Financial and Operational Management Consultant and Support Services Director at World Vision, Patrick has developed expertise in strategic leadership, financial performance monitoring, and compliance. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Nairobi.
