Poul Robin

Poul Robin is currently the Acting Head of People & Culture at CARE Bangladesh, where they lead HR strategy implementation, workforce planning, and change management. Prior to this role, Poul served in various capacities at CARE Bangladesh, including Manager of HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, and Coordinator of Compensation & Benefits, gaining extensive experience in HRIS implementation and policy redesign. They have a strong background in data analysis and employee-facing applications, and previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Yagi Bangladesh, where they led the implementation of HRIS for over 2,600 employees. Poul holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management and both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka.
