Rosa Singer

Rosa Singer is a seasoned leader in strategic partnerships and alliances, currently serving as the Senior Director at CARE since October 2010, where expertise is focused on fostering collaborations with the private sector to support vulnerable communities, particularly marginalized women and girls. Prior roles at CARE include Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances and Project Lead & Author of the Girls' Empowerment Toolkit, which successfully reached 12,000 girls. Rosa's career includes significant contributions at The Pacific Institute, where management of projects in Latin America enhanced educational outcomes for over 90,000 students, as well as various roles in program development and coordination at CARE, Rotary International, and El Centro de la Raza. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in International Relations from Universidad del Salvador and a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish from Seattle University.
