Sam Okello is a methodologist, data scientist, and epidemiologist with over a decade of experience in Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation (MEAL). With a robust background in public health and various initiatives to support women's empowerment and health, Sam has designed and implemented complex MEAL systems for multi-sector partnerships and collaborated with notable donors and Ugandan government ministries. Sam's expertise is complemented by a Master of Science in Public Health and ongoing doctoral studies in Spatial Epidemiology. Currently, Sam serves as the East & Central Africa Regional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning Advisor at CARE, where they strengthen capacities across multiple countries.
