Sheila Vibal

Sheila Vibal is an experienced HR and Admin professional currently working at CARE since September 2021, with a previous tenure at the Philippines Department of Trade and Industry from January 2015 to September 2021, where Sheila held positions as Human Resource Management Officer and Human Resource Officer II. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Officer at Energy Development Corporation from September 2003 to May 2013, where key contributions involved co-facilitating the transfer of a Trust and Retirement Fund for over 2,500 employees and processing benefits for more than 300 individuals during a manpower reduction program.
