T. Renard

Director, Humanitarian Advocacy

T. Renard is an experienced humanitarian advocate currently serving as the Director of Humanitarian Advocacy at CARE since February 2020, previously holding roles within the organization including Senior Manager and Humanitarian Advocacy Advisor. T. Renard has a robust background in advocacy coordination across different regions, having led coherent humanitarian advocacy efforts in Asia while at CARE, specifically addressing crises in Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Cox’s Bazar. Prior to this, T. Renard coordinated the INGO Forum in Libya, representing international NGOs in key humanitarian decision-making platforms. Additional roles include Advocacy Coordinator for Handicap International in Iraq, Senior Regional Advocacy Coordinator for the Syria/Iraq crisis with Médecins du Monde, and advocacy and reporting positions with EuroMed Rights and CARE. T. Renard holds a Master's degree in Political Science/International Relations and additional qualifications in international cooperation and North-South relations.
