Thomas White

Thomas White is an experienced advisor on leadership, strategy, and organizational resilience, currently serving as the Country Director for CARE in Ethiopia. They previously held significant roles, including Director of International Programs at The Fred Hollows Foundation and Country Director for Mercy Corps in Afghanistan. Thomas also served as the Syria Response Director for the Norwegian Refugee Council, and Director of UNRWA Affairs in Gaza. With a strong background in humanitarian leadership, they continue to contribute as an Associate at the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership.
