Ty Farmer, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, CWP, is an empathetic and data-driven Human Resources Business Partner currently with CARE. With years of experience in the government and non-profit sectors as well as various corporate environments, they have demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, HR law and policy, and total rewards management. Previously, Ty held significant roles at organizations such as Samsung Electronics America, the American Heart Association, and Charter Communications/Spectrum, where they focused on employee engagement, wellness programs, and talent management. Currently, Ty is pursuing an MBA at American InterContinental University while advancing their career in HR strategy and delivery.
