Marlin Miller began their career in 1985 as a Product Marketing Manager at HP Corporation. In this role, they managed a product marketing team in the PC Division to build small business, multi-user systems using HP and third party products. Marlin also created a value added reseller (VAR) program to provide turn-key, cost-effective solutions, delivering $100 million in first year division revenue. In 1990, they moved to Quantum Corp. as Vice President of Marketing, where they managed a 25-person marketing team at two sites for the $700 million Enterprise Storage Division. Marlin created division strategic plans, defined a 3 year product roadmap, launched over 30 major products, managed pricing and gross margins, won $350 million in major account business, developed reseller sales channels and negotiated manufacturing partner agreements. In 1999, they joined Care2 Inc. as Chief Operating Officer. At Care2, they empowered over 21 million members to lead a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle while supporting socially responsible causes.
Marlin Miller attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a BSIOE in Industrial & Operations Engineering. Marlin then went on to Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA.
