Daniel Fabius

Dr. Daniel Fabius has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Daniel currently serves as the SVP of VBC and clinical operations at CareAbout Health, where they are responsible for improving value-based care outcomes for patients, payors, and providers. Daniel is also a physician informatician at the same company.

Prior to their current role, Dr. Fabius worked at Consensus Health as a board member of the medical group and as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer. Daniel played a key role in developing an Athena table space and overseeing the migration of patient charts into the system. Daniel also served as an internist and co-Chief Medical Officer at the same organization.

Before joining Consensus Health, Dr. Fabius held positions at Continuum Health Alliance, LLC as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Vice President of Clinical Informatics & Clinical Operations. Daniel worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to assist medical groups in EMR transitions and claim database normalization.

Dr. Fabius also has experience at Partners in Care, Corp. as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Vice President of Clinical Informatics & Clinical Operations. Daniel played a pivotal role in merging Partners in Care with Continuum Health Alliance, creating a unified technology platform.

In addition, Dr. Fabius worked as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. Daniel has also held various roles at Cooper University Health Care, including Academic Internalist and Hospitalist, Physician Informatist, Associate Program Director of Internal Medicine, 4th-year Chief Resident, and Internal Medicine Resident.

Dr. Fabius started their career as an internist at Riverside Medical Group after completing their time as an internist at Advocare, LLC. During their time at Advocare, they gained valuable experience in high-volume, high-quality care with an emphasis on procedures.

Daniel Fabius, DO FACP obtained their Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2005. Additionally, they hold several certifications including being a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters since June 2017 and being board certified in Clinical Informatics by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) since 2017. Daniel also obtained board certification in Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2012.
