Founded in 1962, Careage Construction has over 50 years of construction experience and building long-term relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Careage Construction has built over 400 healthcare facilities across the United States. Our primary construction market includes senior housing, multi-family residential, and healthcare facilities. Over the last several years we have expanded our market to include retail, medical offices, and commercial construction. Whether it is new construction or a renovation of an existing building, our goal is to help our clients complete their projects on time, under budget, and with zero punch list items.
