Danielle Hatfield

Danielle Hatfield, RN, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Excellence and Training at CareATC, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Danielle held various roles at Concentra from October 2017 to October 2023, including Clinical Project Manager, Vaccine Deployment Lead, and Associate Director of Operations. From January 2014 to September 2017, Danielle worked as the Senior Clinical Care Operations Manager at Sharecare, Inc., where leadership was provided to a team of remote healthcare professionals focused on patient education and care. Previous experience includes roles as a Clinical Leader Care Manager at Healthways, and Senior Lead Esthetician at Turf Valley Resort. Danielle began a career in healthcare as a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant and Office Manager at Germantown Chiropractic Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and Management, a Bachelor of Nursing, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing, all earned from Western Governors University and Community College of Baltimore County.
