Heather Davidson

Heather Davidson has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Heather recently joined CareATC in 2022 as the VP of People Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Talent Officer at OU Health until July 2022. Heather also worked at OU Health as the Human Resources Director from May 2015 to February 2018.

Heather Davidson has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma. Heather also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Health Science, with a focus in Kinesiology, from the University of Arkansas. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as the sHRBP from the Human Capital Institute in July 2021 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in May 2013.
