Ryan Bailey

Ryan Bailey has a strong background in corporate development and strategic growth. Ryan is currently the Director of Legal & Corporate Development at CareATC, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at BAYADA Home Health Care, including Director of Diligence - BAYADA Strategic Ventures, Director of Corporate Development, Associate Director of Strategic Ventures, Manager of Strategic Growth, and Benefits Supervisor. Ryan also worked as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Department at BAYADA. Ryan has been with BAYADA since January 2011 and has transitioned through several positions within the company.

Ryan Bailey began their education at Grove City College in 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology in 2004. In that same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the Blackstone Career Institute in 2005. Following this, they pursued further education at Wake Forest University School of Business, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business from 2006 to 2010. During this time, Ryan simultaneously studied at Wake Forest University School of Law and earned a JD degree in Business from 2007 to 2010. After completing their studies at Wake Forest, Ryan attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an LLM degree in Taxation.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Ryan has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Ryan also completed training programs in Delegation and Goal Setting and Accountability from Dale Carnegie Training. Additionally, Ryan has pursued certification as a Group Benefits Associate from the IFEBP.
