Eric Hargarten

Eric Hargarten has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, holding leadership roles such as Head of Internal Growth and SVP of Operations and Execution at CareBridge from January 2022 to February 2025, and as Head of Transformation and SVP Operations. Prior to this, Eric served as a Venture Partner at Russell Street Ventures, working to launch and scale companies focused on vulnerable patient populations from March 2021 to January 2024. Eric also worked as a Special Assistant and Senior Advisor to the Director at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from March 2020 to February 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Board Observer at Patientco and a Venture Capital Associate at Sandbox Industries. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics with minors in Finance and Math from Loyola University Chicago, supplemented by leadership training at the Thomas N. Barnes Airmen Leadership School.
