Robert Hart

Robert Hart currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at CareBridge, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Robert was the RVP of CareBridge Sales & Growth at Elevance Health from May 2023 to June 2025, and also held the role of Network Contracting and Sales Executive there. Robert's military career includes several notable positions in the Army National Guard, with experience as Support Operations Officer for the 529th CSSB, Division Transportation Officer, Company Commander for C/Co (Medical) 429th BSB, Executive Officer for VaARNG Medical Command, Health Services Human Resources Officer, and Medical Platoon Leader, concluding service in November 2025. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Director of Health Plan Markets & Business Development at Owl from October 2021 to April 2023, and as Senior Director - Commercial Growth and GTM for U.S. Markets at Babylon from July 2021 to September 2022. Robert Hart holds a Master of Health Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and completed the Command General Staff Officer Course at the U.S. Army Command General Staff College.
