Amber Kaylor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amber began their career as an Electro Neuro Diagnostic Technician at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, where they managed the daily operations of the Neurodiagnostic Laboratory and conducted specialized testing of the brain and nervous system.

Amber then transitioned to UPMC, where they worked as an Associate Financial Cost Analyst, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of decision support and cost accounting systems. Amber collected, validated, analyzed, and organized data for financial reporting. Later, they became a Financial Cost Analyst, providing comprehensive financial decision support services to leaders across the organization. Amber created complex revenue/expense analyses and reports that identified specific trends and developments.

Following their time at UPMC, Amber joined Centene Corporation as a Finance Analyst II, where they continued to provide financial decision support services and created revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, and reports. Amber later became a Finance Analyst IV, converting large datasets into analyses that provided insight into specific trends and developments for senior leadership.

Currently, Amber works at CareCentrix as a Lead Medicaid Strategy Analyst. Amber'sresponsibilities include performing financial analysis of clinical, administrative, and other data for product development and business performance review. Amber models profit margins, operating costs, and other metrics for measuring fiscal stability. Amber also creates reports highlighting actionable insights for strategic initiatives. Additionally, they previously held the position of Senior Account Manager - Client Performance Analytics at CareCentrix, where they were the primary owner of client relationships and responsible for financial management and analytics of clients' profit and loss.
