Lori Legrow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in call center operations and strategic oversight across various industries. Currently serving as AVP of Care and Service Centers at CareCentrix since July 2015, Lori also holds the position of VP of Call Center Operations at Matrix Medical Network, where responsibilities include managing a multi-site call center network for over 30 health plan clients. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Ultimate Medical Academy, Campus President at Everest University, and VP of Call Center Operations at PODS, Inc., where significant transformations and enhancements in operational performance were achieved. Lori began career in call center management at Capital One and Verizon, where expertise in optimization, project management, and financial oversight was developed.
