Michael Palmer

Michael Palmer has over two decades of experience in operations and project management within the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Correspondence and Operations at CareCentrix since December 2017, Michael previously held the position of Director for Correspondence and Document Management. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Member Communications and Operations at HealthPlan Services, as well as senior managerial and project management positions at Universal Health Care, WellCare Health Plans, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, UTILITY PARTNERS, and HP. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from Salisbury University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
