Michelle Doyle

Michelle Doyle, MBA, MBB, PMP, EF, CM has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles focused on process excellence and operational improvement. Michelle is currently serving as the Area Vice President of Process Excellence at CareCentrix, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Vice President of Strategy & Operational Excellence at Sarah Cannon from 2018 to 2020. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Cigna as the Director of Operational Excellence & Operations. Michelle also has experience as an Operations Excellence Leader at Change Healthcare and as a Manager of Operational Excellence at Cigna. Michelle began their career as an Auditor at KraftCPAs PLLC and later worked as an Accountant at Community Health Systems. Michelle's diverse background and expertise make their well-equipped to handle complex process improvement initiatives.

Michelle Doyle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from MTSU, from 1997 to 2001. Michelle has also acquired various additional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Facilitation Instructor, Certified Facilitator, Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Manager, Zumba Instructor, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
