Vicky Mihal

Vicky Mihal currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Services at CareCentrix, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Vicky spent over a decade at Penn Foster as the Director of Technical Operations, where responsibilities included managing Infrastructure, Network, Telecommunications, Database, and Service Desk teams, as well as implementing a Cloud-Based Telephony Solution for a 350-seat contact center. Vicky's earlier experience includes serving as Production Control Manager at TMG Health, overseeing 24-hour computer operations for multiple clients, and Network Manager at Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, managing computer operations across multiple locations. Vicky began the career as Administrator of Computer Services at SCT BOCES, supervising a team to support a large network infrastructure across several school districts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Management, Information Technology from Hartwick College.
