Zain Rayil

Zain Rayil, ACA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance at CareCloud since January 2020, Zain focuses on leading and transforming Finance and Oracle teams, preparing consolidated financial statements, integrating acquisitions, and enhancing process automation and internal controls. Prior to CareCloud, Zain held positions at Kohat Cement Company Limited as Manager Finance and Accounts, overseeing a team of over 15, and at Master Textile Mills Limited as ERP Manager, responsible for module implementation and support. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Finance at Visual Business Solutions and Senior Associate at PwC, where Zain led audit teams. Zain holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Punjab.
