Barbara Schneider

Barbara Schneider is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Carecode since January 2025, Barbara previously held the position of Head of Marketing at Carbonext from July 2023 to January 2025. As a Founding Partner at Nana Delivery, Barbara developed branding and customer experience strategies before exiting to a Mexican company named Joker in July 2023. Barbara's notable roles include Global Manager of Engagement & Retention at Gympass, where customer segmentation strategies were implemented, and Growth Brand Manager at Nubank during its hyper-growth phase. With prior experience at AB InBev in marketing and strategic roles, along with a creative background from Wieden + Kennedy, Barbara possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses brand development and strategic marketing. Barbara holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from ESPM and has also pursued studies at USP and the University of Westminster.
