Mike Fields

Mike Fields currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at CareConnect, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Fields was with IntelyCare for over four years, where responsibilities included VP and Regional General Manager for the Northeast Region, Area Vice President of Business Development for Contract & Travel, and Regional Vice President of Sales for the East Division. Fields has a diverse background, having previously worked as Regional Market Manager at JN Phillips Auto Glass, Senior Account Manager, and On Call Fire Fighter with local fire departments. Additional experience includes sales roles at Comcast Cable and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Fields holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Westfield State University, completed in 2005.
