Megan has gained over 20 years’ experience within the housing sector. Having the opportunity to work with different associations Megan has held a wide variety of roles, from lettings administrator to housing officer to surveyor and repairs manager, to name just a few.
Megan’s philosophy is to keep things simple so more time and energy can be spent focussing on what matters most to people. This philosophy is perfect as Megan leads our property and estates teams to provide maintenance services in and around our tenants' homes.
Living in Newport with her husband, two daughters and an utterly gorgeous dog called Bella, Megan tries hard to be a good Newport County fan in her spare time but will only go to the game when the weather is warm!

Caredig is a non-profit social landlord. We provide housing and support to people in Swansea, Neath, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Caredig (formerly Family Housing) was formed in 1975 by a group of local people who recognised there was a shortage of good quality, affordable housing available in the Swansea area for people in housing need. In its early years, the Association concentrated its activities in the Swansea City area and provided rented accommodation through the refurbishment of existing, dilapidated houses in Housing Action Areas and General Improvement Areas. It has since expanded to undertake a wide range of new build and regeneration projects throughout a much wider area of operation.
