With over 15 years of experience in internal audit and risk management across e-commerce, retail, and telecommunications, Berna previously held significant roles at companies such as Getir, DeFacto, and adidas. They have a strong track record in stakeholder management, fraud investigations, and implementing data-driven audit techniques. Berna holds a B.S. in Economics from Middle East Technical University and an Executive MBA from İstanbul Şehir Üniversitesi.
