Dharmesh Ruprela

Dharmesh Ruprela is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Careem since May 2019, Dharmesh has progressed through various positions, including Senior Software Engineer 1 and Software Engineer II. Prior experience includes a role as Software Development Engineer at Amazon from July 2017 to May 2019 and Software Development Engineer at Zomato, contributing to the Online Ordering Team from June 2016 to June 2017. Additionally, Dharmesh co-founded and served as a lecturer for the RECursion-NIT Durgapur Programming Club, promoting programming education and contests. An internship as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Development Centre India was completed in mid-2015. Dharmesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur and participated in a program at GrowthX® in late 2022.
