Leeban Ali is an experienced UX researcher currently working at Careem since March 2024. Previously, Leeban held the position of Senior User Experience Researcher at BT from May 2022 to March 2024, and also served as a User Experience Researcher during that time. Prior experience includes roles at Foolproof as a UX Consultant and Junior UX Consultant from September 2019 to May 2022, and tutoring at Big Fish Tutors from March 2018 to July 2019. Leeban also worked as an English Second Language Instructor at Malvern House and Quality Education Company (QEC) in Saudi Arabia. Early career experience includes an internship focused on behavior change at HM Revenue & Customs. Leeban holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from UCL (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UCL (2013-2016).
