Linden Dance

Linden Dance is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design, visual design, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Principal Product Designer for Design Systems at Careem, Linden has significantly elevated design maturity and accessibility across the Super App, while previously leading impactful redesigns in Careem Pay that resulted in substantial increases in conversion rates and customer engagement. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Visual Design at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Linden led a team in developing scalable design solutions for an internal SaaS product. Additional positions held include UX/UI Design Lead at DesignStudio, Senior Digital Marketing Designer at Saatchi & Saatchi, and integrated design roles at various agencies, showcasing a diverse skill set in both digital and print media. Linden holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of Staffordshire.
