Mustafa Raza

Mustafa Raza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital marketplace sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Director Marketplace for Careem in KSA, Egypt, and Bahrain since January 2022, Mustafa previously held various managerial and executive roles at Telenor from July 2014 to January 2022, including Senior Manager of Performance, Manager of the Voice Segment, and Manager of the Consumer Postpaid Segment. Notable achievements include leading the digitization of the consumer postpaid user journey, implementing growth strategies through gamification, and launching innovative postpaid products that contributed significantly to revenue and subscriber growth. Mustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology, completed in 2014, and an FSc in Pre-Engineering from Army Public School and College.
