Neil Metson

Neil Metson is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Product Design at Careem since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Product & UX Advisor at Kanjo Health and UX/Product Consultant at bp, focusing on digital innovation. Neil has also held significant positions such as UX Director at Lingokids, Product Design Manager/Product Strategist at Shell, and Senior Product Design Manager at Schibsted Media Group. Additional experience encompasses freelance work as a Senior Product Designer, co-founding the Snapd App, and leading design initiatives at AOL as Head of Design. Neil holds a BA (Hons) in Interaction Design from Ravensbourne University London, attained from 2003 to 2007.
