Umer Farooq is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner Performance Associate and previously as an Operations Coordinator at Careem since September 2021. Demonstrating expertise in data analysis, Umer has optimized live operations in Jordan, KSA, and Pakistan and has created a comprehensive dashboard utilizing data visualization tools such as Redash. Prior roles at Careem include a Live Ops Intern, where Umer collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance daily operations and developed dashboards to improve communication with key partners, and a Sales Intern, successfully onboarding over 50 accounts in the Food vertical. Umer is also an executive member at YPDC ITU and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management & Technology from Information Technology University, completed in April 2023, following an Fsc in Pre-Engineering from DPS&C Okara.
