I am the initiator /creator of career-360, a dynamic platform aiming to encourage individuals and companies to think outside the traditional ‘technical skills and experience’ sintagme when they review candidates, towards the area of soft skills and behavioral matches. I am a true believer that a good fit for a job is ensured by matching soft skills such as ‘communication’, ‘open minded’ or ‘self confidence’ to the required job profile rather than using a rigid set of diplomas, technical skills and previous experience evidence. 
I am here to support current or future candidates on the labour market to identify their strengths and start looking at job profiles from a soft skills perspective. This way ,they will be able not only to choose the right path but also to come out of the crowd when applying for a job. Soft skills are the differentiation that can help one become successful on the first job search or land in highly competitive sectors. 

Our most important asset is you! We rely on individuals and employers to share the concept and bring trust and confidence in the soft skills and behaviours every step of the way. Therefore, all our efforts are concentrated in this direction. We talk to associations, NGOs, local councils and try to be part of their offers and programs in community, we talk to individuals and help them translate their needs and expectations and link them to the labour market they approach and nonetheless we talk to employers and support a bold approach and embrace a courageous concept.
