Our 2-Phase Placement Training Framework:

PHASE 1: Pre-Placement Foundation (Aug-Sept)
• 40+ Hours Aptitude Training: Hybrid mode (50% campus + 50% online) covering all topics tested in campus placements
• 3 Grand Aptitude Assessments + 10+ Practice Tests: Comprehensive benchmarking and progress tracking
• Mock Group Discussions: 3 rounds per student in small groups of 6, with detailed individual feedback
• 1-on-1 Mock Interviews: 3 rounds per student including online format practice, with resume reviews and personalized feedback
• Placement Orientation: 10 hours of group sessions on resume building, interview skills, and placement strategies
• Company Briefings: Comprehensive briefs provided 24 hours before interviews for roles ₹10 LPA and above
• Industry Interaction: Sessions with mentors currently working in target roles and organizations

PHASE 2: Continuous Support Till Placement (Sept-March)
• Weekend group sessions for unplaced students
• Additional 1-on-1 mock interviews as needed
• Previous interview analysis to improve conversion
• Continuous aptitude doubt-clearing
• Support continues until placement secured or academic year ends
