Career Catalyst Collaborative helps students experience their way to work that matters.

Most career guidance asks students to think their way to a career. We let them experience their way to one.

Ikigai points the way. We start each student with a compass, not a test. Ikigai, the sweet spot between what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for, gives direction before certainty. Our proprietary Ikigai AI agent makes that compass personal, living, and always with you.

Experience proves it. Students step into real companies, meet people doing the work, and try small pieces of it without pressure. Each experience sharpens the compass. Passion becomes clear by encountering it, not predicting it.

Belonging makes it real. A career isn't a job. It's a community of people who see you, back you, and share your values. We build that community before the job offer arrives. When the right opportunity comes, it doesn't feel like a cold application. It feels like the next natural step.

Students are who we serve. Schools, employers, parents, and mentors are essential supporting cast. We connect all of them through real-world experiences that reveal passion, build proof, and create the relationships that lead to careers that truly fit.

We're building C3 with the people who will use it. Students, schools, employers, and parents, we need your input to build this right. Volunteer one hour a week for eight weeks through our partner program at impactfulgiving.org. Or visit careercatalystcollaborative.org to learn more.
