Who We Are
We're a division within Crown Financial Ministries, which was founded by Larry Burkett in 1976. We strive to educate and inspire our customers to steward their God-given gifts and talents to the best of their ability.

What We Do
We provide biblically-based career assessments and consultations to people of any age. Whether determining the proper course of study, or guiding someone through a career transition, entering the workforce for the first time, rejoining the workforce, or seeking to maximize their God-given talents and abilities, Career Direct aides individuals in self-discovery to teach them about who they are and what they were made to do.

How We Do It
We have over 2,000 consultants all over the world who administer the assessment and have consultations with customers.

Our Product
Career Direct is a revolutionary assessment system that combines biblical principles of stewardship of talents with cutting-edge guidance technology. Career Direct examines four essential parts of career selection: personality, interests, skills, and values. As a result, Career Direct is one of the most comprehensive guidance systems on the market today.

Why We Do It
Career Direct strives to serve our customers in giving them insight and understanding into how God made them and what His purpose and plan is for their life. For our customers, this could mean that career and education decisions could be approached with less stress and more confidence.
