Cami Eakins, CWDP, has dedicated 18 years to Career Path Services, advancing from an Employment Practitioner to Chief Executive Officer in 2019. In the CEO role, Cami Eakins focuses on vision casting, leadership, and engaging employees and the board to fulfill the organization’s mission. Previous positions include managing Workforce Investment Programs with a $2 million operational budget and exceeding contractual outcomes as Youth Program Manager. Cami Eakins also has experience in the service industry as a Server and Bookkeeper at Cedars Restaurant and played a significant role in the First United Methodist Church as Director of Education and Youth Programs, where program participation grew significantly. Cami Eakins holds an education from Edmonds College.
