About Us:
Career Radar is a platform that connects interns, new graduates, and junior professionals with opportunities in Japan’s investment industry. Our goal is to make career paths more visible and accessible, helping the next generation of talent take their first steps into finance.

Career Radar

>Why Career Radar:

Many students and junior professionals want to build careers in investment, but lack visibility on the career paths and firms available. At the same time, Japan’s market continues to grow, and competition for junior talent is increasing. Career Radar bridges this gap — connecting ambitious candidates with firms that want to build a pipeline and strengthen their brand with aspiring investment professionals.
