Hello, I'm Louise, a warm, vocal introvert. I've successfully grown in and changed careers by overcoming the challenge (and very real fear) of being able to talk about myself with confidence. As a result, I founded Career Therapy to help people like you tackle the same problem. 

Career confidence is the key to feeling enriched and happy at work. And that confidence comes from developing a concise, compelling picture of who you are, your strengths and superpowers, how you create impact - and how you talk convincingly and authentically about all of that.
