After 10 years as a member of the CareerArc Engineering team, Stephen Roos joined the leadership team as Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for overseeing product development, system architecture, infrastructure management, and IT operations. Stephen brings 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable and performant software solutions to companies in a wide variety of industries from entertainment to biotechnology.
