Ryan Botha

Ryan Botha is an accomplished UX/UI professional with extensive experience in mentoring and design. Currently serving as a Mentor for UX/UI Students at CareerFoundry since February 2020, Ryan specializes in guiding students through case study development, portfolio creation, and interview preparation. Previously, as a Senior UX Designer at EnPowered, Ryan led the UX strategy and design for key portals, enhancing user experience and operational capabilities. Ryan has held various roles including Product Design Lead at Kinga for Nedbank, User Experience Design Lead at Absa, and User Experience Designer at multiple firms, where significant contributions to banking applications and digital projects were made. With a strong educational background in Visual Multimedia Arts and additional certifications in Computer Science and Creativity, Ryan combines technical skills with design expertise to deliver impactful user experiences.
