Queen Sharp has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they joined Careerist as a Sales Solution Engineer. In this role, they completed over 100 hours of education, demo training, and internship and utilized the CRM to collect customer feedback to improve products/services, attaining client satisfaction ratings of 96% or better. Queen also collaborated with sales, marketing, and management teams to develop solutions and accomplish objectives. From 2016-2022, they were a Senior Probation Officer - Corrections Data Control, Probation Officer, and Correctional Officer at the Florida Department of Corrections.
